Effects Of Cervical Spine Rehabilitation In Fighter Pilots: A Literature Review

Years of training, practice and unique skills are required for a Fighter pilot to perform demanding challenging operations in technologically cutting-edge aircraft. To provide concise overview physical fitness, muscle cross-sectional area (CSA) GZexposure their interaction fighter pilots. A search PubMed, CINHAL, Google scholar database was conducted find relevant studies pertaining pilots, cervical spine biomechanics. total 6 articles were included the review. Exercise stretching, ROM exercises, Acupuncture, Aerobic finger-pressure massage, resisted isometric exercises. This study provides an up-to-date current literature on ‘Effects rehabilitation pilots’.
